- Retrofit the new Ypresian boreholes (3 wells delivering 70 m³/h each)
- Rehabilitate the borehole water treatment equipment. Only 5 of the original filter tanks from the former facility have been kept (increase treatment flow rate from 70 m³/h to 360 m³/h)
- Install disinfection equipment for borehole water and an in-line chlorination system on the Cartier Bresson St. 1200 mm feeder (discharge, storage 2 x 2 m³, dosage)
- Replace lift station machinery (3 pumps with nominal output of 270 m³/h)
- Renovate the interior and exterior waterproofing of the 2 underground storage tanks (2 x 1,500 m³)
- Replace the pipelines and cabling with its protective sheathing, drawpits and manholes buried on the site
- Replace the electrical and the process automation equipment required for the plant to operate properly
- Completely restore the exterior of the building (in accordance with the stipulations of the ABF [historic buildings council for France]) and refurbish the interior (floor, walls, ceiling, windows, doors) of all the premises
- Carry out landscaping and outside work, including the roads, planting vegetation over the storage tanks and other miscellaneous external services
- Connect the facility's disinfection system to the feeder's chlorination chamber situated about 200 m from the plant's precincts, at the junction of Cartier Bresson St. and Avenue du Général Leclerc.
