The works include :
- Renovation works of hydraulic equipment:
- All the hydraulic equipment inside the structure (pipes, valves, gates)
- Hydraulic equipment buried downstream (connection of the tank on pipes DN 400 and DN 600 of the COEUIL149 network);
Changes in the chlorination system:
- Removal of old non-preserved chlorination equipment;
- Creation of a closed room on the ground floor of the work;
- Installation of a discharging pump to fill the sodium hypochlorite storage tank;
- Installation of a storage tank of sodium hypochlorite connected to the discharge and dosing pumps, and installed in a retention of equivalent volume to prevent any risk of leakage;
- Installation of a dosing pump for the injection of chlorine into the distribution;
- Installation of an overpressure pump to facilitate mixing of the chlorine with the water distributed in the distribution pipe;
- Installation of a continuous chlorine analyzer;
- Installation of a data storage unit with information back to automation systems.
A renovation of the instrumentation:
- Redesign of the level measuring instruments in the tank;
- Overhaul of the equipments of analysis of chlorine residual at the outlet of the structure.
Electrical works necessary for the installation of new equipment as well as their setting in existing automation systems and their setting in plant monitoring and conduct systems:
- Removal of all cables and connections associated with the removed equipment;
- Replacement of the electrical control panels"vessel" and "auxiliary";
- Replacement of the inverter according to new requirements;
- Identification and replacement of the departures associated with existing equipment;
- Establishment of new departures associated with new equipment;
- Modification of the PLC cabinet (addition of I / O modules);
- Modification of the programming of the PLC;
- Update of supervisory views.
